[news.eclipse.technology.babel] Missing Pseudo Translation packs for CDO

Hi,

I recently found out pseudo translation packs are supposed to be 
generated by Babel's server. Is there anything else than adding the map 
file that I should do?

Furthermore, Babel's update site doesn't seem to work... I looked at 
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/babel_language_packs, but 
not sure if those are nightly builds. Is there somewhere where to fetch 
the nightly generated zips?
