My point was more about the fact that you're announcing calls in the 
newsgroup but not announcing the minutes. How about you add a line to 
the end of your announcements, something like:

" Minutes of this call will be posted at the Community Meeting page on 
the project wiki: http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Aperi/meetings "
