[news.eclipse.technology.aperi] Booth Options for 2007 Events

All,
Over the last several months, we have sponsored booths at the Storage
World Conference in Boston and SNW in Orlando. In thinking about our
community outreach plan for 2007, we need to consider whether we want to
continue renting booths from the show expo team or purchase an
inexpensive pop-up booth of our own.
Here are the choices as I see them. Please reply with your opinions and
recommendations.
1. Continue renting booths from show expo sponsor
Pros: Lower upfront costs, no shipping or storage costs
Cons: Expensive to rent, requires new signage for each event ($$),
minimal branding effect
2. Purchase inexpensive pop-up booth
Pros: Inexpensive to purchase, consistent look and feel for each event,
easy to assemble and disassemble
Cons: Requires someone to storage and ship to events
3. Rent table, tablecloth, and pedastals from show expo sponsor
Pros: Less expensive, no storage or shipping required
Cons: Less attractive look and feel
