[news.eclipse.technology.aperi] The initial code contribution for Aperi has been approved - now downloadable from CVS

The Aperi initial code contribution has been approved by the Eclipse
Foundation legal team and is now publicly available under the EPL
license for download.
The Aperi code is checked into the Eclipse repository:

Instructions to setup an environment, download the source, obtain
third-party code, build in the IDE, and run Aperi from within the
Eclipse IDE are currently being posted.
