Your premise is correct. ALMIIF or ALF as we are now calling it will
allow outputs of one tool to be given as inputs to another tool and it
will allow development process rules to be encoded and thus automated.
Assuming one can automatically determine that the "software is stable"
using an ALF enabled tool, then ALF will be able to take action based on
that result.
