There is a new Albireo milestone (0.0.3) available at http://www.eclipse.org/albireo/downloads/.

There are relatively few changes from the previous milestone. A few bugs have been fixed and a bit of refactoring has been done. For details on the changes, check the posts to the albireo-dev mailing list between June '08 and the present (http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/albireo-dev/maillist.html).
