Hi Gaston,
The problem is that Eclipse.org is offloading bandwidth to mirror servers
because of the increased load from the new Galileo release. However,
Eclipse.org is forwarding clients to mirrors that are not completely synced
yet. That is why you are receiving the file not found error.
For now, you can go straight to a mirror that is known to be good and
download from there:
http://eclipse.unixheads.org/tools/ajdt/35/update/
As for downloading the source bundle even when it is not selected, the
reason for that is that this is the way P2 works. If optional bundles are
found in one of the repositories, then they will automatically be installed.
