Hi Sara,

I am not sure how it would look like. I think it is appropriate to use 
such a shape, you could also use the error end event if you want to give 
the idea that the process is terminated.

I'm not sure BPMN is designed to go into such detail ; maybe a UML 
activity diagram or a state machine diagram would be better suited.
