[news.eclipse.stp.sca-tools] Run / Debug support for SCA Java projects

Hi everyone.

This is a quick announce about a new feature in SCA Tools.
I added support to run and debug SCA Java projects.

I also added several pages on the wiki about this:
+ A general presentation [0].
+ A tutorial to run SCA applications on Apache Tuscany [1].
+ A tutorial to run SCA applications on OW2 FraSCAti [2].
+ A tutorial to run SCA applications on your own Java runtime [3].
