Hello Werner,

Subversive really was registered in Babel long ago (you can check it in 
http://babel.eclipse.org/babel/map_files.php by selecting 
technology.subversive project in projects list) but there are no 
translations for it, I already reported about it: 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=268926.
I also marked bug relative to corresponding Simultaneous Release requirement 
as WONTFIX.
Unfortunately I can't check why there are no translations, so if it's 
possible could you please check it?
