[news.eclipse.platform] Question: the software items you selected may not be valid...bug?

As requested in the bugzilla page, I am asking here first if this is a bug:

When I select Help > Software Updates > Available Software > Install for testing my plugin install the UI popups up a dialog box:
-----------
Question: The software items you selected may not be valid with your current installation. Do you want to open the wizard anyway to review your selections?
Yes, No, Cancel.
------------

1) What is the difference between No and Cancel?

2) What "the wizard"? Why would I want a wizard? I don't believe there is any wizard at all, this popup is simply erroneous.

3) If I select "yes" I do not get a wizard. I get an other popup dialog whose only option is "Cancel"

4) This popup dialog says "Cannot complete the request. See the details." But the point of the dialog is to give me the error message (aka details) and 90% of the screen is not the error message.

5) The error message is not understandable in terms of the user operation. The user selected "install" on a URL in the Available Software. The error message makes no reference to that URL and no path forward for users or developers. Our only choice is to whine in the eclipse newsgroups.

Here are the details:
==============
Cannot complete the request. See the details.
Unsatisfied dependency: [org.eclipse.platform.ide 3.4.0.M20080911-1700] requiredCapability: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu/org.eclipse.platform.feature.group/[3.4.1.r341_v20080731-9I96EiDElYevwz-p1bP5z-NlAaP7vtX6Utotqsu,3.4.1.r341_v20080731-9I96EiDElYevwz-p1bP5z-NlAaP7vtX6Utotqsu]
==============
Nothing in this message mentions the install package or which portion of the package in a problem. We need something like this:

Web Site Debugging With Firebug v 1.0.18 install fails:
while analyzing line 12 in MANIFEST.MF from com.ibm.etools....etc.jar
could satisfy Require-Bundle: org.eclipse.ui.browser;bundle-version="3.2.301"
because it requires <dependence chain> org.eclipse.platform.ide 3.4.0.M20080911-1700

Is this something I should put in to bugzilla or not?

Thanks,
John.
