I don't think there is any.

I've asked about this before and I was told that I shouldn't have to worry about this. That my job should of been created with all of the scheduling rules it should ever need. And if not, then the code needs to be changed so that it is started with the correct set. That this is how scheduling rules are supposed to be used. That they aren't to be dynamically added/removed as needed. If they were dynamically added/removed then there is a possibility of deadlocks.
