My system browser is IE7.
The "Work Offline" was checked. I unchecked it. Then I proceeded to launch CCE... and WOW! it WORKS!!!
Thanks a million!!! ... for all your time and effort. You're a star! It was like looking for a needle in a haystack from my point of view.
