[news.eclipse.platform] extending Update Manager

Hi,

I would like to do some task once I update a particular plugin through the 
update manager. Is there a hook to the update manager where in I can 
listen to which plugins are being updated and if there is an update of a 
known plugin then I would like to do some task after that plugin is 
updated.
