[news.eclipse.platform] problem with eclipse ctrl - c (system clipboard

hi all,
not sure this is the right place where I can ask this question ...

since I started using eclipse 3.3.x I'm having trouble with ctrl-c ctrl-v 
(copy and paste)...

I have noticed that the problem sometimes happens when I have got microsoft 
outlook open (witch use as internal editor winword) ...
after I while ... don't ask me why ... my system clipboard stops to work ... 
and I need to log off/on to be able again to perform a copy operation.

is he just me having this problem?
