[news.eclipse.platform] FileBufferModelManager issue with editors

Hi,

Has anybody seen a problem like this, 
"FileBufferModelManager was asked to revert a document but was not being
managed"

I am getting this while trying to save my editor, which is dirty saying "No"
when prompted for saving the editor contents.
