[news.eclipse.platform] How to update an RCP app

Hi all,

I have this problem. I was asked to create an updater for an RCP
application. Basically, when selecting some menu item the application should
connect to a site and get a newer version. It shouldn't be so complicated as
the Update Manager, but only presenting a list with different version of the
application and, when selected, download the archive...

Any idea of how can I do this? Please, help!
