[news.eclipse.platform] Can I prevent the Help View from opening on F1?

I've bound F1 to opening the help contents directly on hitting F1 in my RCP 
app, but the Help View still pops up. I haven't written any context help so 
I don't want this. Is there a way of preventing the Help View from opening 
when F1 is pressed?
