Summary:

- It is not possible to assign bugs to source code, at least not in general
- Single Bugs, if they lead to code changes, can be assigned

For the question if and how it is possible to assign source code files
to components (components like in Bugzilla), especially for PDE and JDT,
I'd better ask in the respective newsgroups since this is platform...
