We use a plugin for this where in the plugin.xml all shared jars
export their contents. Check "Export the entire library" in the
runtime tab of the plugin.xml editor for every jar you want to use in
other plugins. You may have to use "PDE Tools.../Update Classpath..."
for your builds.
