The Eclipse installer has a check box on the screen that says "Show latest
version only" or something like that. You have to uncheck it so that the
version for Eclipse 3.1 is shown (1.0.5).
You can also download a zipped archive of the 1.0.5 update site from the
Subclipse home page.
