[news.eclipse.platform] Problem when switching workspaces

Hello All!

Version: 3.3.0
Build id: I20070608-1718

I have 2 workspaces: stable and experimental. Very often eclipse "lost" 
classpath to standart libraries after swithcing workspace.
I found a "workaround" for this problem: close eclipse, than go to any 
folder with classes and delete some *.class files, than start eclipse and 
it rebuilds a little and problem is gone. But it is verry annoing.

Does anyone face the same problem?
