C'mon that's silly. Anything listed in Programmers Plugin Developer 
Guide->Reference -> Extension Points Reference is API: what other 
definition can we have? And anyway the entry for 
org.eclipse.ui.ide.markerImageProviders Version: 3.2.0 Build id: 
M20060629-1905 says
