[news.eclipse.platform] Enable and disable SynchronizeModelAction added in P_TOOLBAR_MENU

Hi,

Depending on the selection of IResource in Synchronize View I want to enable 
and disable my own created SynchronizeModelAction. This action is added to 
P_TOOLBAR_MENU.
On selection of the root displayed in sync view I want this option enabled 
else when it's children are selected I want to disable it. Can someone point 
me out how I can achieve this?
