[news.eclipse.platform] Synchronize Feature, Plugin versions programmatically during headless build 
Hi,

Is there an api for access to do the "Force plugin versions to synchronize 
with the feature version"? I'm trying to incorporate timestamp id's into 
an automated headless build.
