[news.eclipse.platform] Accessing a J2EE Server in a plugin

Hi,
I have written a plugin, which accesses a Websphere 6.0 J2EE Server. It 
works where i use the IBM runtime. But it doesn't work with the Sun 
runtime. Has anybody done this yet? 

For example, I need to set a library as bootstrap enttry. How can i do 
this for a plugin?
