From which menu are you selecting to launch the Ant build?

The Ant configuration selection means you have several Ant launch
configurations for the same Ant buildfile that have been configured and
saved differently.
To remove any extra configs, Use Run>External Tools>External Tools and
delete the configs that you do not need.
