[news.eclipse.platform.swt] Re: scroll speed

mmm... scrolledComposite.getVerticalBar().setIncrement(10); should be 
outside, but scrolledComposite.getVerticalBar().setPageIncrement(r.height); 
shold be inside. In this way the scoll will allways move the size of the 
page (the current compo size).
