Just a thought... I recently had the problem that when I uploaded php
files via webdav, they were interpreted. So when I tried to run them in
the server, they didn't work and threw strange error messages. When I
looked at the files directly on the server, they were garbled. Maybe that
is the problem? Try to open and change the files with a text editor. If
the same problem is still there it's probably a problem of the server
configuration.
