Hi Derek!

I do it locally all and upload after modified file with WEBDAV FTP (sync).
BUT if I install the latest eclipse without any plugin happening same bug. 
So I think it's not about plugins. And I detect this bug with easyeclipse 
and with other eclipse clone IDEs...

I'm installed new Windows XP, installed JRE, extracted Eclipse and this 
bug found...
