I'm dealing with a customer who uses the eclipse program for scanning and
indexing their manifest documents, within the electrical distributor
industry. currently they are using a tiny scanner and wanted to upgrade
their copier and add the scan feature, I have tried on several systems to
scan their manifests into eclipse however it will not read the tiff file.
I have narrowed to down to a specific file, our system's scan a
multipagegroup4.tiff type TT2N format. the eclipse application in which
my client is using is a multipagegroup4.tiff type TT4N. Is their any way
to change the setting in eclipse to allow it to read the type TT2N format,
and if so how would I do that?
