Actually, if you use high contrast mode often, you could help by opening 
bugs against the specific dialogs/views/editors that you have noticed a 
problem with.
In the bug(s), tell them how to go to high contrast mode (specify 
black/white/whatever), take a snap of what you see, tell them what you 
expect to see, and point them to the snippet.
