[news.eclipse.platform.swt] How can I get all the FONT_SIZE in current OS

Dear everyone.
I have a question in my swt project.
How can I get all the FONT_SIZE in current OS (OS, Linux etc.)

The detail is : There is a Ccombo in the Composite. The Ccombo must show all the Font_Size of current OS. For example '12px', '10px' etc.
