I can somehow remember a bug (which i couldn't find at the moment) which 
we fixed and/or couldn't reproduce in 3.3 or 3.4.

If you provide a Snippet(I can run locally without modifications) I can 
try to reproduce it on 3.4M5 and 3.3.2.
