[news.eclipse.platform.swt] How do I resize a SWT table using SashForm?

Hello,

I have a requirement where the user should be given an option to 
increase/decrease the size of the table.

I have heard that this could be done using a sashform where the table can 
be placed over the sashform, which acts as a re-sizable composite.

I  have not worked on Sashform and want help to create this re-sizable 
table.

I have browsed through the Internet for examples on SashForm but couldnt 
fit in the solutions into my requirement.

Can somebody help me with this?
