eclipse's 3.3 api can be accessed at
http://help.eclipse.org/stable/nftopic/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/reference/api/overview-summary.html .
If you are looking for api that was introduced in the 3.4 stream then you
will have to see it in swt's win32 source, as javadoc changes will not be
propogated to the other platforms or on-line until the 3.4 release in June.
