[news.eclipse.platform.swt] Toolbar shadow

Under GTK if I create a ToolBar with the style bit SWT.SHADOW_OUT
 I get a shadow at the top and bottom of the toolbar.
Under windows XP I am only getting a shadow at the top.

I am using 3.3
