Try copying your MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME variable into your environment tab of your launch config.
Use the Select... button and pick MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME
This doesn't seem related to the error message you get, but this worked for me in 3.2.1/3.3 when I got this error message while launching an RCP app.
