[news.eclipse.platform.swt] No SWT in "Add Library" list

I'm a newbie in eclipse.I used SWT as external JAR before. Then I wanted to
use Visual Editor. But when I created a new visual class, there was no SWT
in style list. I've founded some documentation said I should add SWT as
library. But when I tried to add library into my project as they said, there
was no SWT item in list. There were only "JRE System Library", "JUnit" and
"User Library". I tried to add SWT as user library, but it didn't work.
My network is not so good to use "Install and Update". Any idea to resolve
this problem? Thanks.
