[news.eclipse.platform.swt] Does anyone here use the Visual Editor?

I was just wondering is it a good tool to create complex Swt and Jface ui? 
Also I installed it today but couldn't find any swt control or Jface control 
in the Palette..... only found Swing and Awt...
