It's not what I think or what you think!
If you are in commercial arena, you have to compete against
other native platform competitors. When there are plenty of them,
users are not simply interested in ugly looking Swing systems or alikes.
That's reality! Please don't be too religious about technology.
After all, we are writting s/w for others. If they are not interested in,
what's the point for wasting your time?

Note that if you are writing casual-end user GUI *enterprise* s/w, it's the
Windows users who will pay the bill, not Unix/Linux or Mac.
