Then please enlight me and tell me, what the problem with Synthetica,
Alloy, JGoodies, Office is?

Do you really think they look crappy?

Are they not "native"? Then what is native:
- classic gray Win95?
- themed WinXP? (which may look like anything)
- Office?
- that weblike look called Windows Froms IIRC
- what HyperSnapDX uses and VS 2005 does too IIRC
- MS Anti PUS?
If that is the problem, then am I right to assume that
org.eclipse.swt.custom and Eclipse Forms are crap that will leave you
unemployed?
