If your company develops commercial software, you will know why Swing is
crap!
However sophisticated your Swing s/w is, Windows users will think your Swing
s/w
as low-quality cheap s/w that they normally get from open-source community.
As a result, your company will not make money and will not be able to pay
your salary!
Because of this, we use AWT. We use Swing version of our s/w to demonstrate
how crap Swing is.

Best regards.
