[news.eclipse.platform.swt] Re: Using Sleak plugin

I've verified that the instructions at
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/platform-swt-home/dev.html#tools
work with 3.1RC2, so take a look there to make sure that you're not missing
any steps.
