[news.eclipse.platform.swt] Animated GIF with ImageLoader

I'm trying to use the ImageLoader to load, scale and save an animated GIF
image.  Loading and scaling are easy enough but I can't seem to save a file
that contains the proper image.  Does anyone have a code snippet that saves
an animated GIF?
