[news.eclipse.platform.swt] Combo/Text setTextLimit

I noticed that setTextLimit in both Combo and Text throw an exception if the
requested limit is 0. Any reason why there's no error thrown if the value is
negative? Is it just assumed the user can't be that stupid or simply
deserves what he gets in that case?  ;-)
