[news.eclipse.platform.swt] Fix a column of a table

Hi,
I want to fix the first column of a table. If the table scrolls to the right 
side, the first column should be visible all the time (like in Excel where 
you can fix a row).

Is there a possibility to fix a row of a table at a special position????
How can this challenge be realized???
