[news.eclipse.platform.swt] Newbie Question

Hello all,
I'm relatively new to eclipse and wanted to know if the IDE can be used as a
gui development environment.  To be more specific, is there a way to get the
IDE to display a toolbox of gui components that I can drag and drop onto my
source file?

I've used eclipse so far to build applets and applications that use awt and
swing components without any problems.  I was simply wondering if the IDE
could be used to drag and drop components onto the source file and be able
to move the components around visually.
