If you're just looking for a java CVS library, it's probably better to use
jCVS if you can deal with LGPL licensed code: http://www.jcvs.org/
javadoc for the cvs client API: http://www.gjt.org/javadoc/com/ice/cvsc/
As far as I know, the cvs team stuff isn't really broken out in such a way
that you could effectively use it the way you want (though I could be
entirely wrong, I'm just guessing based on glancing at the jars in
eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.team.cvs.core_2.1.1 )
