[news.eclipse.platform.swt] look and feel

hi,
i was searching sun's java forums and came across a post that mentioned 
that swt does not allow you to change the look and feel of the app as swing 
does, is this true?  i was planning on making a small app for fun with swt 
and was thinking about using on of the available look and feels on the net.
